The Partnership for Affordable Sustainability (PAS) was formed to present a premier design competition. The goal of the competition was to provide residents with unique housing options by reshaping the vision of affordable housing through the implementation of green building practices. PAS selected Litehouse Development Group as the sole developer to participate in the construction of green affordable homes.

The constituent members of PAS are the City of Dayton, City of Kettering, City of West Carrollton, Harrison Township and CountyCorp.
